AI Photo Analysis (“Application”, “App”) is operated by Teknolojig (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our Application.

* **Analysis Results:**
* Data derived from your photos (e.g., labels, identified objects, texts, facial features, dominant colors). This data is presented to you within the Application and can be saved to the history section on your device upon your request.
* **Media Library and Location Information:**
* We may request permission to access your photo library to save analyzed photos or results.
* We may access location data associated with your photos (if present in the photo metadata and if you have granted permission). This information is used solely to provide additional context about where the photo was taken and is not shared externally.
* **Advertising Data:**
* Our Application may display advertisements using third-party advertising networks such as Google AdMob. These ad networks may collect anonymous or non-personal data such as your device’s advertising identifier (e.g., IDFA or Google Advertising ID), IP address, device type, operating system, and your interactions with ads to serve you relevant advertisements. The collection and use of this data are subject to the respective ad network’s own privacy policies.
* **Technical Information and Usage Data:**
* We may collect anonymized data about the Application’s performance, errors encountered, and usage statistics. This information is used to improve the Application and enhance user experience.

* To delete your analysis history from the Application settings or your device settings.
* To opt-out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
* To manage and withdraw permissions requested by the Application (camera, photo library, etc.) through your device settings.

Our Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. We will take steps to delete such information from our systems immediately.
